GRESB Assessment

NPS has received the highest "5-Star" rating and "Green Star" designation in the GRESB Real Estate Assessment for the tenth consecutive year, demonstrating its outstanding performance in sustainability.

Dow Jones Best-in-Class Indices

NPR has been included in the Dow Jones Best-in-Class Asia/Pacific Index since 2015. These indices serve as benchmarks for investors who incorporate sustainability considerations into their investment decisions, based on the view that companies addressing sustainability factors can deliver long-term value.

ESG Finance Award Japan

NPR received the “Silver Prize” at the 2022 ESG Finance Awards Japan, organized by the Ministry of Environment, in recognition of its green equity offering conducted in February 2021—the first such initiative by a J-REIT.

Other recognitions

New Energy Award

Prologis Japan received the Chairman’s Award in the FY2025 New Energy Awards (Introduction Activities Category), organized by the New Energy Foundation with the support of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
This award recognizes the company’s diverse supply schemes for solar power generated at its logistics facilities, as well as the advanced and innovative nature of these efforts.

Corporate Knights Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations

Corporate Knights, a Toronto-based media and research company, evaluates more than 6,000 publicly traded companies worldwide against a broad range of sustainability criteria, including clean revenue, clean investment, resource management, employee management, and board diversity. Prologis has been included in the Global 100 list 14 times since 2010.

Great Place to Work

Prologis Japan has been recognized as a “Certified Great Place to Work” in the 2026 Great Place to Work® survey, conducted by the Great Place to Work® Institute Japan. Since first participating in 2017, Prologis Japan has received this recognition for ten consecutive years.

Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations

This certification, established by Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), recognizes companies that demonstrate excellence in health and productivity management initiatives. Prologis Japan has been certified for seven consecutive years, since 2020.
