Environmental Performance Data

We focus on maximizing the energy efficiency of our portfolio buildings by installing LED and other efficient lighting and sensing devices for automated power control systems, which can minimize electricity use through compartmentalized lighting systems and contribute to a low-carbon future. Also, we recognize that efforts to preserve water resources and maintain the sustainable use of such resources are essential, so we are striving to ensure the appropriate and efficient use of water while improving efficiency and reducing the overall water consumption of its properties.
